These terms cover your use of The Ungovernable City (Phố Bất Trị) and this website. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them.

The current game is an offline first-person action game. Team battles include computer-controlled opponents; the game does not currently provide online matchmaking, chat or cloud accounts.

Eligibility & Your Profile

The game's setup requires you to confirm that you are over 18. Give accurate confirmation and choose a nickname that does not impersonate another person or contain unlawful or abusive material.

Your profile belongs to this installation and is saved on your device. No email, password or online registration is required. Keep your device secure; the publisher cannot restore a local save it has never received.

Permitted Use

You may install and play a legitimately obtained copy for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable store terms.

• Respect the service – do not attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website or systems linked from it.
• Respect other people – do not use the game, its branding or support channels for harassment, fraud or unlawful activity.
• Respect ownership – do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Progress & Virtual Items

Credits, diamonds, equipment and rewards in the current offline version are game features, not money. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred through an official trading service. The current version does not offer real-money in-app purchases.

Game balancing, item availability and features may change in updates. Removing app data deletes your saved progress, virtual balances and equipment. Review the deletion instructions before clearing storage or uninstalling.

Ownership & Availability

The game, website, branding, artwork and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Features and platform availability may vary by version and device. Download links, when available, are provided through the website or the publisher's distribution channels. External stores and services have their own terms.

Responsibility & Changes

The game and website are provided as available. Uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device and recovery of deleted local data are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the game or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively; review them when you use an updated release.
