Before You Begin
The Ungovernable City currently uses an offline profile, not an account held on a game server. There is no separate server account to close. Remove the game's local data using the steps for your device below.
This removes your nickname, local ID, age confirmation, progress, virtual currency, equipment, missions and match history. Clearing all app data also removes settings and local recovery copies. These changes cannot be undone unless you have a separate backup.
Android
Close the game. Open your device's Settings → Apps → The Ungovernable City (or Phố Bất Trị) → Storage / Storage & cache → Clear storage / Clear data, then confirm. Menu names vary by device manufacturer.
Choose Clear storage or Clear data, not just Clear cache: clearing the cache does not remove your profile. You can then uninstall the app if you no longer want to play. Launching the game after its data is cleared starts a new profile setup.
iPhone & iPad
Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage → The Ungovernable City (or Phố Bất Trị) → Delete App, then confirm. You can also touch and hold the app icon, select Remove App → Delete App, and confirm.
Use Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data, and Remove from Home Screen only hides the icon. If you reinstall without restoring a backup, the game starts with a new local profile.
macOS
Quit the game. In Finder, choose Go → Go to Folder and open ~/Library/Application Support/Godot/app_userdata/. Find the game's folder, normally named Phố Bất Trị, and move only that folder to the Trash. Empty the Trash when you are ready to remove it permanently.
The folder contains the local profile, its recovery copies and settings. Deleting the application alone may leave these files behind. Do not remove the entire Godot/app_userdata folder: it may contain saves for other games. If your installation uses a different location, contact the publisher before removing unfamiliar files.
Backups & Other Copies
Deleting data on one device does not remove separate copies in device backups, Time Machine, exported files or another installation. Manage those copies through the relevant device or backup service. Restoring an old backup may restore an old profile.
If you previously sent save files, screenshots or diagnostic information to support, contact the same support channel to ask about removal of those copies. Do not send additional personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
Check the Result
If the game is still installed, open it after removing local data. A successful reset displays the initial nickname and age-confirmation setup instead of your previous profile. You do not need to complete setup unless you want to start playing again.
Restoring default settings in the game does not delete a profile. If your old progress returns, check whether a backup was restored or whether you cleared only temporary cache files.
Need Help?
Use the support option on this website or the developer contact shown with your download. Include your device type, operating-system version and the step you need help with. The publisher cannot remotely erase an offline save on your device; you must complete the local deletion steps.
